Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of ApplyLink (https://applylink.id), operated by Rizky Adil Hakim in Indonesia ("we", "us"). By creating a link, signing in or applying through ApplyLink, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. The service

ApplyLink turns a job posting into a shareable application link, collects applications and CVs, and uses AI to screen each CV against the job description and the criteria the hiring team sets. The service is currently free, and we may change, add or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

HR users sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement, and if you use ApplyLink for a company, you confirm you may act for it.

4. HR users' responsibilities

• Post only real job openings you are authorised to recruit for, and keep postings lawful and free of discriminatory requirements.
• Use applicant data only for recruiting for the job they applied to, and handle it in line with applicable data protection law, including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law.
• Treat AI screening results as advisory. Scores and summaries can be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for reviewing applicants and for every hiring decision, including automatic rejections you turn on.
• Make sure rejection email templates you write are accurate and respectful.

5. Applicants' responsibilities

Give accurate information and upload only your own CV. Don't upload files containing malware or content meant to manipulate the screening. Your application goes to the company that posted the job, and that company, not ApplyLink, decides on it.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• post fake jobs, scams or misleading offers,
• collect applicant data for purposes other than the job it was given for,
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get unauthorised access to the service,
• use ApplyLink for anything illegal.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the job postings, CVs and other content you submit. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run ApplyLink, including sending it to our AI and other service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove links, content or accounts that break these terms or put applicants or the service at risk. You can stop using ApplyLink at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@applylink.id.

9. Disclaimer

ApplyLink is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI screening will be accurate, or that any applicant or job is genuine.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for hiring decisions made using ApplyLink. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to IDR 1,000,000.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes will be resolved by the courts of Indonesia.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use ApplyLink after a change means you accept the new terms.
